The Progressive Community Development Association (PCDA) is the successor organisation of German-Lao Association for Development (GLAD), which was initiated from a shared commitment to sustainable development and intercultural collaboration. GLAD was founded by the Deutsch-Laotische Gesellschaft e.V. (DLG) in 2012.
We proudly build on the Accomplishments GLAD has achieved and the projects it has implemented. We continue the work we carried out as GLAD as a CSO under the name PCDA, building on our experience and striving to create positive impacts for even more communities in the future.
